Marshall University Research Corporation
The Marshall University Community Oral Health Team will pilot the integration of a comprehensive oral health component into an existing substance use disorder recovery program to address substance use-related oral cavity damage. The Community Oral Health Team will offer a combination of direct dental services and oral health education to 100 men enrolled at Recovery Point of Huntington. Services will be provided to participants on-site at Recovery Point, and those participants requiring more invasive services will receive care at the Marshall University Dental Clinic. Upon completion of the Recovery Point program, the Community Oral Health Team will assist participants in becoming an established patient with a dental practice in their home community.

Field of Hope Community Campus, Inc.
Field of Hope Community Campus, Inc. will establish residential and outpatient mental health services as a core program. The primary initial clients will be existing Field of Hope clients and students from the Gallia County local schools. As the program grows, it will offer mental health services to the community as well.

Cabell-Huntington Health Department
Cabell-Huntington Health Department, in collaboration with the Coalition for a Tobacco-Free West Virginia (CFTWV), will pilot an innovative tobacco cessation campaign across nine West Virginia counties using the Quit and Stay Quit Monday (QSQM) model. The project team will implement the QSQM campaign with three 12-week cohorts of up to nine worksites per cohort to provide cessation messaging and encourage West Virginia Tobacco Quitline utilization. The project team also will implement a 12-week campaign for a fourth cohort of up to nine local health departments in the targeted counties. Program materials will be made available at no cost on the CFTWV website, and the project team will implement a complementary public awareness component through advertising.

Legal Aid of West Virginia
Legal Aid of West Virginia will implement a medical legal partnership to provide legal services to individuals in substance use disorder recovery. Approximately 100 clients will receive free legal services over the grant period. The medical legal partnership primarily will serve clients from Cabin Creek Health Systems, Williamson Health and Wellness Center, Project Hope for Women and Children and Hope House, and Rea of Hope Fellowship Home. As staffing capacity allows, the medical legal partnership may accept referrals from other sources to assist clients in substance use disorder recovery.

Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization, Inc.
The Ironton-Lawrence Community Action Organization (ILCAO) will launch a mobile behavioral health program across Lawrence County to provide behavioral health care to children and their families from the Lawrence County Early Childhood Academy, local public schools, and the county juvenile detention center. This project also will serve individuals of all ages residing in low-income housing communities and other rural locations with limited access to care. Services will be provided on a mobile, RV-style unit, which will function as a new site of Family Medical Centers. In addition to providing behavioral health services, providers will screen patients for individual needs and connect them with supplemental services.

Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization Website
Facing Hunger Food Bank
Facing Hunger Food Bank (FHFB) will collaborate with Williamson Health and Wellness Center (WHWC) to implement a medically indicated food box (MIFB) program for diabetic and pre-diabetic patients at WHWC. FHFB will coordinate five MIFB distributions each month. The MIFBs will be available for pickup at WHWC, at FHFB partner food pantries in Mingo County, or through scheduled home delivery.
