2019-2020 Grant Cycles

The Pallottine Foundation of Huntington (PFH) opens its first year of grant funding in the spring of 2019 with two cycles – Capacity Building Grant Cycle and Invitation-Only Grant Cycle. Listed below are specific guidelines for each cycle.

Capacity Building Grant Cycle

  • Open to all Section 501(c)(3) organizations described as public charities in Sections 509(a)(1) and 509(a)(2) providing health-related services to the community in the PFH region.
  • Funding request range from $2,500 to $25,000.
  • Request limited to organizational improvement projects ONLY.
  • Funding period – One Year

Capacity Building Grant Cycle Dates

  • Cycle Opens – May 15, 2019
  • Application Submittal Deadline – June 30, 2019
  • Application Review and Possible Site Visits – July and August 2019
  • Funding Decision Announcements – September 2019

Invitation-Only Grant Cycle

  • Based on current funding priorities, PFH will invite proposals from potential 501(c)(3) organizations in the PFH region.
  • Funding request range from $100,000 to $300,000.
  • Request must provide services in one or more of the following four funding priority areas: Food Insecurity, Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation
  • Funding period – Two Years

Invitation-Only Grant Cycle Dates

  • Cycle Opens – June 1, 2019
  • Application Submittal Deadline – July 15, 2019
  • Application Review and Site Visits – July and August 2019
  • Funding Decision Announcements – September 2019
